Interior and exterior painting
in the Overberg.

A painting enquiry is easier to assess when it describes both the surfaces and their condition. Tell us whether the work is indoors, outdoors or both, and mention peeling paint, cracks or signs of damp. Include the property location and whether the building will be occupied during the work.

Find my contractors

We connect you with independent contractors who quote for and carry out the work.

MAKE A LITTLE ROOM FOR POSSIBILITY

Let’s find the right fit.

List the rooms or external areas involved, including ceilings, trim, doors or other finishes. Photographs can help show access requirements and the condition of existing coatings.

Ask the contractor to describe cleaning, repairs, preparation and the proposed paint system in the quotation. Discuss protection for furniture, gardens and neighbouring surfaces, as well as clean-up afterwards.

Colour samples can look different under changing light. Review your choices at the property and agree the products and finish directly with the contractor before work begins.

How the introductions work

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Your questions, answered.

Should I mention damp or peeling paint?

Yes. Explain where you have noticed the problem so the contractor can assess it. Ask how any underlying issue will be addressed rather than assuming a new coating will resolve it.

Who supplies the paint?

This depends on your agreement with the contractor. Confirm the brand or product specification, quantities, colour selection and responsibility for purchasing in the quotation.

Who will I contract with?

You agree the scope, price, timing and terms directly with your chosen independent contractor. Overberg Renovations helps you make that connection; we do not perform the building work.
