Overberg Renovations uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and help you connect with independent contractors.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, phone number, email address, town or suburb, selected services and project description. Your phone number allows us to call you about the enquiry as soon as possible. Your email allows us to send confirmation and supporting documents about your enquiry. We do not send marketing to either.

Where your enquiry goes

Your enquiry is stored in Cloudflare D1. We use Resend to send enquiry and confirmation emails, and an authenticated ntfy service to send our operator an alert with your contact details, location and selected services. Relevant details may be shared with independent contractors when arranging introductions for your enquiry.

Retention

Enquiries are retained indefinitely for reference and follow-up; there is no automatic deletion schedule. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact us through the enquiry form and identify your original enquiry where possible.

Protecting the form

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Technical request information, including an IP address, is used for security and rate limiting. Operational logs are designed to avoid recording enquiry messages or contact details.

SunCore and email

SunCore.web.za built this website and provides the email integration. Messages are sent from overbergrenovations@suncore.web.za on behalf of Overberg Renovations. The sender’s domain does not mean you have joined a SunCore marketing list.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find the website and how it works on different devices. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognise visits and collects usage and technical information, such as browser and device type and approximate location. Google processes this information to provide our website reports.

We do not send your enquiry name, phone number, email address or project description to Google Analytics. Our page-view tracking excludes URL query strings and fragments. Advertising personalisation is disabled in our website's analytics setup. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. See how Google uses information from websites that use its services.
