Ask for a quotation that sets out the proposed materials, fittings and installation work. Check who takes final measurements and who coordinates any separate trades.
Photographs and a simple room sketch are useful supporting information. Your selected contractor will assess the space and discuss the practical choices directly with you before you agree to any work.

Share the dimensions or model details of appliances you are considering with the contractor before finalising the layout. Confirm responsibility for purchases, measurements and installation in your agreement.
Who will I contract with?
You agree the scope, price, timing and terms directly with your chosen independent contractor. Overberg Renovations helps you make that connection; we do not perform the building work.
