Yes. Include all the work you are considering in your enquiry. This helps us understand the combination of trades you may need; availability and arrangements are confirmed after your request.
Do I need plans before enquiring?
You can begin with a description of your ideas. Tell the contractor if structural changes or extensions are involved, and ask what drawings, professional input or approvals are needed before work starts.
Who will I contract with?
You agree the scope, price, timing and terms directly with your chosen independent contractor. Overberg Renovations helps you make that connection; we do not perform the building work.
