Electrical work
in the Overberg.
Electrical work often needs to be planned alongside a renovation’s layout and finishes. Tell us about the changes you want, such as lighting positions, additional sockets or electrical work associated with a kitchen update. Include the property location and any existing installation concerns for the contractor to assess.
Find my contractorsWe connect you with independent contractors who quote for and carry out the work.

MAKE A LITTLE ROOM FOR POSSIBILITY
Let’s find the right fit.
Provide appliance details and a room plan if you have them. Discuss where switches and outlets will be useful before cupboards, worktops or wall finishes are finalised.
Ask the contractor to explain the scope, any testing and the documentation relevant to the proposed work. Confirm the contractor’s qualifications and registration directly before appointing them.
This website introduces customers to independent contractors and does not provide electrical advice or an emergency response service. The contractor assesses the installation, supplies the quotation and agrees the work with you.
How the introductions workA FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Your questions, answered.
Can I include electrical work in a larger renovation request?
Yes. Describe the electrical changes together with your other renovation needs so the overall request is clear. Coordination and availability are discussed after your enquiry.
Does an introduction confirm the installation is compliant?
No. Ask the appointed contractor to assess the installation and explain what testing or documentation applies to the agreed work. An introduction is not a technical assessment.
Who will I contract with?
You agree the scope, price, timing and terms directly with your chosen independent contractor. Overberg Renovations helps you make that connection; we do not perform the building work.
